I needed to let a neighbors dog out- it was so nice to grab the key with her name on it. I did put the address and unit # of my storage unit (what if I die in a car accident)? The product has only one downside, from my perspective: the tags have a small rectangular sheet of paper on which one can describe the nature of the key(s), but opening the plastic cover can be a minor challenge. The trick is to pull up the plastic flap on the tag holder on the inside of the tag on the side closest to the ring; the other side of the tag looks like it would be the opening but that side is actually the little hinge. Once that minor trick is mastered, the functioning is as expected. I began to use them quickly, and they have made my life easier with respect to organization of so many keys in my life. Until I had these available to use, I did not realize how many odd keys I have in my life and that I use just sometimes, especially keys for the homes and bikes of friends and family. Like most people, I also have a pile of random keys for which I've lost track of their purpose: extremely annoying.
