    The ‘quartz’ color polyblend was perfect to renew our grout (which home sellers did not seal, and thus it became dingy quickly!). It’s pricy but the color was nearly a perfect match to our grout and tile.  It goes a long way so I expect our 400 SF of tile will need only 1/2 bottle, and I’ll have plenty left to renew it in 4-5 years.I’d tried all the ‘fixes’ you read about and none of them worked.  This worked, and it’s now waterproof as well. So no sealant needed on top, as far as I can tell.  That’s a huge plus.
