One of my favorite things about it is the packaging. The 11 pounds of rice are divided among five individually vacuum-sealed packages, so I can open one at a time while the rest stays sealed and fresh. Each package contains a very reasonable amount of rice for making risotto, and I don’t have to open and store the entire 11 pounds at once. The vacuum-sealed packaging is especially convenient for keeping a larger supply of Arborio rice on hand without worrying about freshness. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the quality, quantity, and especially the packaging.

My local grocery stores didn't carry Arborio rice, so I would have to make a special trip about 30 miles away. I didn't feel like driving one day, so I wondered if I could get it from Amazon, and, not surprising, I found this product. The rice makes great risotto in the Instantpot. It is a lot of rice, but it is divided into a lot of vacuum packed bags, so it lasts. And it is easy to give a bag to your friends and family and get them hooked on Risotto.
