**Q: What is length and interior diameter of opening?**
A: Opening? The grips are large enough for jus about anyone. Bigger and more sturdy and more comfortable than any in our gym.

**Q: what is the width of the handle?  bought diff brand cheap pair of handles and they are not wide enough for my hand and the strap rubs skin with use.**
A: 5.75 inches

**Q: Is this for a pair of handles or just one?**
A: They come in a pair of 2 handles.

**Q: What is the total length from handle to ring?**
A: The ring is 2 inches in diameter.  The webbing from the bottom of the ring to the handle is 8 inches plus or minus 1.5 inches. Holding the handle  from the ring and measuring off a flat surface, it is 10 inches total length. Hope this helps.
