The more popular brands of Dijon taste pale in comparison. Pure mustard flavor is at the forefront, with nary a sense of fillers and just the right amount of heat. The texture is smooth and creamy. Honestly, it is better that yellow mustard for potato salad, better than English mustard with a pork pie, better than brown deli mustard for a sandwich. I’ve even used it to dip egg rolls into when I don’t have the hot Chinese mustard.
