This product was awful. The screen barely works and it gets worse every time you use it. The alarm won't stop going off and it will report temps at 500 degrees eventhough you are doing everything right. I bought this product for my dad to use on his smoker and when he put the probe into raw meat it read 180 F and would slam into 500 F which isn't possible on a smoker. It would also start alarming and wouldn't stop when cleared.
