Review: good water bottle - good flask...keeps water lovely and cool. nice choice of colours. at a good price Review: Good for the price - There were no UK reviews when I bought this but I wanted a bottle that would give me drink reminders so thought I'd take a chance at the price. The bottle is decent enough quality and come with a neoprene sleeve and a rather useless cleaning brush/sponge thing - I have a bottle brush already so this went straight into the tat drawer. Battery life is excellent; I charged it once on delivery over 2 weeks ago and haven't had to re-charge yet. There was a slight odour initially (I think from the seals) but this faded after a couple of uses. No leaks or other issues. The display is simple but works well and has a coloured ring which changes through blue, green and red depending on the liquid temperature with a purple indicator when the UV sterilisation is active. The drink timer is not settable - it simply bleeps hourly as a reminder. It's not overly loud but I can generally hear it across the office. I use mainly for water at work and this keeps it cool for hours. I did a quick test with hot water at 57 degrees which dropped to 54 degrees after 2 hours but this isn't something I'd tend to use for hot drinks - I imagine cleaning would be an issue with things like coffee or tea. There is a UV sterilisation function which I have no way of confirming if it works or not.
