Review: Awesome Product, Amateur Friendly, Flawless Performance... - Pros: "Awesome" Amateur friendly... Cons: The included Vinyl is poor quality, mainly due to insufficient backing thickness. Do yourself a favor and buy Orical by 3M or another quality vinyl stock. ~BEWARE~ of Pressure cut Definition, The actual function is more defined as: "Cutter to Vinyl Distance" then refined to distance into the vinyl being cut. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ They Stood By Their Product -when amazon wouldn't.
*by L***N on July 7, 2024*

I live in Central America, so I need to use 3rd party shippers and it can take forever. By the time I received my cutter it was outside the 30 day warranty from Amazon and the box had clearly been opened at their warehouse and LOADS of important pieces were missing. After several attempts at service, I basically got no where with Amazon. With duty and shipping, I had a LOT of money invested in this machine. I decided to try to reach out to Vevor directly. After some time on their chat feature on their website and then a few emails back and forth, they sent all the missing pieces. Again, it took quite some time to get the pieces but once I did, I have to say I think this machine is fantastic and works great. I do suggest watching loads of youtube to get a handle on settings and pressure, but a few test cuts and you're off to the races. Great machine and super big thanks to Vevor for their service even though it was outside the stated warranty. EDIT: Have had this machine over a year now, and every time i use it i say to myself "what a great machine". I came onto amazon just now to remind myself what i paid for it. GREAT machine for the price.
