Review: Smart idea - I bought this for my new 2021 MacBook Pro 14inch. I had seen something similar recommended on a YouTube video, and when I saw desertcart Basics produce one, I thought I'd give it a go as I already have their phone stand and think it is a simple but fab bit of kit. This laptop stand is perfect for the size and weight of my laptop. It folds down very compact, so travelling with is would be a breeze. What this stand does: raises the angle of the keyboard, making it more comfortable to type on for long periods, and as it tilts the laptop the screen sits out 2 inches higher (not much, but it depends on what your needs are). It also creates space under the laptop to allow for ventilation. What this stand doesn't do: It does not raise the height of the laptop screen significantly, so if this is something you were looking for, a differently stand is probably a better bet for you. Im really happy with the quality. The stand doesn't move around when in use, and for the money I think it is fab!

**Q: Would this work on a 15.6 inch laptop?**
A: Yes, I just tried with my wife's 15.6" ACER .  Not a problem at all, very steady.

**Q: What's the measurement from the front feet to the back feet when it's unfolded?**
A: 8.75 inches

**Q: Is the height adjustable?**
A: Not really, but the angle my lap tops sits at while resting on it is perfect for me.

**Q: Is this good for a dell xps laptop computer?**
A: It appears to work with any laptop, so I would think that it works for Dell also. I use it for several within my office.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works for 15” MacBook Air

Despite it only claiming to be suitable for slightly smaller laptops, it works well and is stable for my 15” MacBook Air. Substantial (solid aluminium with silicone supports), an elegant solution, inexpensive, and well made (apart from a slight blemish on the surface of the back), and the three silicone supports for the laptop don’t stick up and get in the way of typing.
