**Q: What does "100% ammonia and barrel Impervious" mean? Does that mean this is 100% ammonia and won't hurt your barrel? Or won't react with ammonia?**
A: It doesn't contain ammonia and it works very well.  Highly recommend.

**Q: How’s the smell? can you describe the smell? i can’t stand hoppe’s 9 bore cleaning. thanks**
A: Too subjective to describe the smell. Your best bet is to try to find someone who uses it and see for yourself before you buy some. I will say that it doesn’t have a strong ammonia smell like some I have used. It is an excellent product and works extremely well. I understand the adverse reaction to certain smells. My daughters had a huge collection of Strawberry Shortcake dolls in the 1980’s and to this day anything with a blueberry sent makes me gag. I used to like blueberries before that.
