The only downside, and I think a minor one, is that the instructions are not completely clear on how it fits together. The kicker there is that it could fit together in a few different ways. Once you analyze it a bit, it makes sense to fit together only one way. Just took a couple minutes of staring at it. For the money, buy it. (Neutron, modeld, krave)** A: The Neutron and Model D seem to be able to be rack mounted using the optional rack ears. It doesn't look like the Krave can be mounted this way (the width is a good deal less than 19"). I could be wrong . . . check with your vendor. **Q: How tall and deep is the unit? There are only 5 pieces and the exact amount of screws you need. Had this together without the instructions in 5 minutes. Everything only fits one way. And, because I had wondered and no photos were showing this, here is a side view of a Cisco C3750G-48PS-S, which is 17 inches deep, mounted in slot 2. So, if you want to mount deep things, stick to slots 2, 3, and 4. I am only populating 2 and 4 for better air flow. This will work perfectly for my needs, sitting on top of 5-foot wire rack shelving in my data closet. Seems like no dnager to tip backwards, due to the angle. Can't beat the price.
