The rack had extra screws and bolts. The assembly only took a few hours with only me putting it together. The power strips (2)that are rack mountable only have outlets on one side and to use them requires that the outlet side has to be facing the inside of the rack. The unit works perfectly and the fans on top keep the system cooler then expected for an enclosed system. The installation guide was brief and picture based which made some of the install a guessing game and a few times, I had to uninstall and reinstall a piece. It also came with a few extra pieces that were not in the installation guide including something that looks like a full sized shelf {?} but doesn't install as a shelf. I would highly recommend this Rack and this manufacturer to anyone that asks. Review: Worth it! - I got the 42u model. This thing is sick! At first, i thought it was a little too big.
