Make sure that which ever one you order that the FOB key looks the same as your original key, and that it is an OEM listed part. Most of these keys are compatible with several model year vehicles. Also it should illustrate in its description, that it is compatible with your 2021 jeep renegade. When I called a lock smith to program the keys I ordered. The first thing he said, " Was- it an OME FOB key". This must raise an important issue for lock smiths when programming FOB keys. I can't say for sure, but I can take a hint.
