**Q: If you hang at an angle will it redirect the water or still just fall directly down?**
A: If it is barely raining or if it is raining hard water will not follow the length of the chain if the chain is hung at an angle. There is a sweet spot where the flow is just right and the water will follow the chain. More or less than that the water will leave the chain and head to the ground well before the end of the chain.

**Q: How many "cups" are in one order?  I want my rain chain to have 21 cups (anniversary).  If there are more than that, can the be removed easily?**
A: The cup count is 23. Yes, cups can be removed, but it will require cutting of the joining links.

**Q: Does it come in black?**
A: Yes.

**Q: Can you tell me the size (length, width) of the individual links. The links include little square buckets, right?**
A: Each "bucket" (or cup) portion is 2"H x 1.25"W.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice Looks, But Some Cons -- And Not Easy To Combine Chains

Looks nice, but cons: 1) Don't expect all the water from your downspout to channel down this chain -- there will still be a fair amount of water that just falls straight down as before, so I am a little disappointed. One video posted shows a perfect stream down the chain, and another shows a chain stream but a lot of extraneous water flows. I thought the latter was due to wind, but this was also my experience on a windless day. 2) In my opinion, this product is overpriced. 3) No matter what anyone writes to the contrary in the Q&A, you CANNOT easily combine two lengths of these chains to create a longer one. Maybe you could have sometime in the past, but as of 06/2018 know that THE LINKS ARE WELDED CLOSED, and so to lengthen the chain via combining two chains, you will have to use a heavy-duty set of tin snips to cut a link then bend the cut link closed after adding the additional length. The chains are NOT designed for modification -- SEE PHOTOS.
