Without this brace I would have been out longer and when you work flat rate it makes a difference. I helps lock the ankle and gives it really good support. Sometimes when you wear it everyday it does feel tight and there are a few pressure spots but honestly just suck it up because this Is way better than nothing. The material is good quality. The brace and the straps the wrap around feel like a thin version of a seatbelt material. Very sturdy, no stretch. you can crank this thing as tight as you want. It’s will stay that way all day.
