**Q: Can I change the size to small and medium? Or it comes with only one size to make grape leaves?**
A: It does let you adjust the depth.  It is amazing at how it concisely rolls your grape leaves.  I use tiny to large sized leaves and it still works.  Best Find especially if you have been hand rolling all these years!

A: It's not that bad. It's hard to figure out at first but when you get it down it works alright. Check out some YouTube videos
