Review: Replacement for quiet warmth touch screen. - I had an issue with my quietwarmth wifi control panel and it kept tripping the gfci and giving a ground fault error, even when all the mats were disconnected. I replaced it with this model as i really disliked the touch screen and poor functionality of the original quietwarmth one. So far, i have bo had any ground fault errors and the buttons on this are infinitely better than the touch screen. I haven't programmed it yet for winter but on first test it did start the floor heating without issue. Great replacement option and cheaper than the other brands. Hopefully will last and not have any more issues.
Review: Great Seller - I ordered this replacement unit to fix an existing installed UDG head unit, and it worked just fine. The 5 stars is for the seller really taking charge of a USPS shipping screw up and making it right. Thanks for the great job Heatizon.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: How does this unit connect to the thermostat for the in floor heating. My current unit has the wires connected to the back of the unit.**
A: Hello, this unit has 4 terminals at the back, 2 terminals L(L1) and N(L2) on one end, this is where you connect the power to supply the thermostat, and at the other end you have 2 terminals for the Load (heater) No's 1 and 4. The thermostat also has an option to connect a floor sensor, this connection is accessible behind the screen.

**Q: I install it and after couple months it says ground is missing what I need to do to fix it**
A: Is it possible the thermostat message is "Ground fault"? If, during normal operation, the GFCI trips, or thermostat shows "Ground fault", it is possible your heater has a ground fault!
To check whether it is a ground fault or nuisance tripping, press “Standby/Reset”. If this causes the red LED to stop flashing and stay off, it was nuisance tripping and the system is operating correctly. If this does not occur, there is a ground fault! In case of a ground fault, it is important to have the heater installation checked by a qualified electrician according to local and national regulations.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Floor heater working again!
*by D***G on February 4, 2025*

Our existing heated floor controller stopped working. The floor heat system came with this branded controller as part of the package. That floor heat company is no longer in business. I contacted the controller manufacturer (OJ Microline) who was able to help me diagnose the problem. We ordered this unit as a direct replacement for the original unit. Once connected the voltage to the floor heating element tested correct and the system was working again. Original unit installed late 2016 so we got 8+ years out of it.
