Shut it off and swapped back to my old cable I was replacing that still passed power but no signal and thankfully it didn’t fry my LCD panel or control board. Connector at one end is permanently attached *by A***R on January 25, 2021* The picture is accurate, but the description is misleading. One end is a plain FFC cable end with backing. The other has some other type of connector permanently bonded to it. I had though the connector would come off so that I could use this cable with 2 plain FFC ends, but that is not possible. Be sure you can actually use the connector at one end before ordering.
