The label calls for you to take two of these each day, but we only took one since we already take multi-vitamins containing vitamin-C. Obviously, your results may be different, but even at half the recommended dosage, these exceeded our expectations and saved us from weeks of frustration and sickness. So, yes. Arrived very quickly & packaged very well. I did not realize there was a difference on the vitamin C that you used. But I did some research on liposomal vitamin c and it is proven to absorb into your body faster and so the benefits received are so much better for you and your body!
