It's a great way for me to get started on a strength training regiment during isolation without taking up a lot of space in my small place.I've had a little experience with resistance bands in some classes, but these are a bit more versatile than the ones I've previously used.I've been mostly using these for my arms and shoulders. I also really like doing the core twist, using the door anchor.All the bands are around 1 meter (45 inches) long, unstretched. I'm 5'-10", and these are fine for me.The little nylon bag that comes with this is 10.5" x 12" and easily stores under my bed. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Band broke after a week UPDATE (Got my replacement!) *by A***E on Reviewed in the United States on June 3, 2020* UPDATE!Contacted the seller, Michael Caro, and got my replacement! They sent me a full set! The product has 1 year warranty. The seller was great; he responded fast and gave me an update when the product was shipped and when I will be receiving it.--The resistance of the band actually feels like it's accurate with the weight counterpart. But after using it for a week the black/50lbs band broke and snapped and hit my leg (it hurts like hell,lol).
