Review: Easy to use, good results. - I really like this Polyvine crystal clear Lacquer, ordered it to varnish coasters and place mats, works well on both, no sticking or heat marks with 3 thin layers. Tried mixing some pigments with it and found that works really well too, paint the whole coasters with that and get the vibrancy and protection in one. Also tried it with acrylic paint, again works well, then tried with some acrylic and glue mix...that was interesting, it clumps and gives some wonderful textures (or a mess, depending on your view point). Love this and have already ordered more.

I really like this Polyvine crystal clear Lacquer, ordered it to varnish coasters and place mats, works well on both, no sticking or heat marks with 3 thin layers. Tried mixing some pigments with it and found that works really well too, paint the whole coasters with that and get the vibrancy and protection in one. Also tried it with acrylic paint, again works well, then tried with some acrylic and glue mix...that was interesting, it clumps and gives some wonderful textures (or a mess, depending on your view point). Love this and have already ordered more.
