**Q: What is the part number for replacement ribbons/cartridge?**

**Q: The description says software is included.  I had to download the software per the installation directions; however it's asking for a registration key**
A: The registration key should be at the bottom of the installation directions. It is a 16 digit key. If you do not have it please send us a message privately and we will supply it.

**Q: can I use it with photoshop or I have to only use the software that comes with the machine ?**
A: The ID Maker software is fully functional for designing your ID badge. It does not link or connect directly to Photoshop but you most certainly can create elements of the badge in Photoshop and upload into ID Maker to create your badge, like a background, logo, or design element. You'll want to use the software's functionality to create the badge as it will tie a database of badge data (name, title, years of service, badge number, etc) to a photo of the person.

**Q: Can i upload pictures from my cellphone instead of using the webcam??**
A: Yes, you can import photos from a phone or any other camera.
