A: I do believe that grits are considered whole grain

**Q: Are these organic and gluten free ???**
A: They are not organic, and corn does not contain gluten, unless contaminated by gluten in processing. Bob’s Red Mill says nothing about the facilities in which the corn grits are produced.

**Q: Are these nixtamalized?**
A: No.  Masa harina is nixtamalized.
