No concerns with it holding overall household items, luggage, bins and boxes. I easily have ~300 lbs stowed on it. The instructions could be a bit better, perhaps a video showing someone who doesn’t put these types of things up for a living how to envision the setup. Definitely recommend taking your time and DO NOT tighten things down until it’s fully setup where you intend.
