It has a good flavor in bread and pizza crusts. When chilled, the dough rolls out thinner than I get with my usual choice. I'm certain to buy more of this but need a good, economical way to store it. I have a sourdough starter and use a mix of all-purpose flour and whole wheat when feeding my starter, so I was desperate to get more whole wheat flour before I ran out. I was a bit hesitant to buy such a large bag, but made the purchase anyway. It was honestly a really good decision as it the bag came in perfect condition and the quality of the flour was great. As a plus, it smells EXACTLY like blueberry muffins which was a bit confusing at first. I store the bag in a big plastic bin on my kitchen shelves and am about halfway through it as of July 2020.
