Review: Easy install with simple knowledge - Alot of reviews show it doesn't work correctly. So I tapped and hardwired into the correct wire behind my trailer plugs. If you have the seven pin there should be an 12v trailer reverse light wire. (Some trailers do have reverse lights). You could tap the taillight for reverse, but I wasn't pulling off the taillight. Make sure you at least eletrical tape off all your connections at least when done. Everything works as it should. We will see how long it lasts. 5 stars for now.
Review: be sure to measure before ordering - I bought this for my mother's wheelchair/scooter carrier on the back of her car this was nice like the way it lights up stick very well on their own but me being paranoid did place a couple of zip ties on it believe it came with one or two ways to screw it but I did not want to use screws on her new carrier be sure to measure how much wiring you are going to need, because her carrier does not fold up the wiring that comes with it was just fine but had her's folded an extension would have been needed the quality seems good can't compare cause not used others and installation was quick and easy basically peel and stick just make sure your vehicle has the needed plug for it to connect too, want one of these for my kia but it don't have a tow package or anything so there's no way to connect it.

**Q: Is the adhesive tap strong enough?**
A: It is srong enough to perfectly stick on the surface. But do remember to clean mounting surface before mounting, and stick the light strip with a heat gun especially in cold weather. You can also use the mounting clamp as backup secure.

**Q: Is the light strip directly plug-n-play?**
A: For stop turn tail light modes, the 4 Pin trailer connector is compatible for most vehicle's trailer plug, can directly plug in to work. But for some vehicle with auto trailer will only need to hardwire. Also reverse light wire need to hardwire too.

**Q: How to decide light strip mounting direction to make sure turn signal work properly?**
A: Typically, the wire end goes on the driver’s side. But before sticking it in place, it is important to test the strip to make sure the turn signal pattern matches your vehicle, then install once confirmed

Alot of reviews show it doesn't work correctly. So I tapped and hardwired into the correct wire behind my trailer plugs. If you have the seven pin there should be an 12v trailer reverse light wire. (Some trailers do have reverse lights). You could tap the taillight for reverse, but I wasn't pulling off the taillight. Make sure you at least eletrical tape off all your connections at least when done. Everything works as it should. We will see how long it lasts. 5 stars for now.

Love it. looks great works great. only issue I have is the tail light doesn't come on. have power to the 4 pine for the tail light but just doesn't turn on.
