Review: 3 years later still going strong! Brilliant - UPDATE 3 years later, still using this daily at work. Best mouse I’ve ever had! You get used to the rollerball within a few weeks. Plug and play, I’ve never had any issues with it! OLD: Got this as I have some issues with my wrist and I'm an office worker. I find it has changed alot for me. Not as much pain. It takes a few hours to get used to the rollerball but worthwhile. I don't think I'd go back to a normal mouse. It did stick a little at first, but doesn't now as I've wore it in a bit. I've not used this for gaming, I've used this to help me reduce pain and it has.

The trackball it's is quite light, so you need a gentle touch to be accurate with it. It would be nice if there was a little more heft to the trackball itself so there was a little more resistance. The back and forward buttons are a nice addition if you do a lot of browsing, and the ability to use the scroll wheel to go sideways across the page as well as up and down is good too. All in all a decent mouse for productivity, haven't used it for gaming so can't really comment on that.

**Q: Mouse was working with windows 11 pc. now does not. works in different windows 10 pc. other mice work in windows 11 pc. drivers re-installed. no help.**
A: remove existing driver then start from scratch.

**Q: Which model is the newest version the m-xt2urbk-g or the m-xt3urbk?**
A: The xt2urbk has 5 buttons, where the xt3urbk has a 6th programmable (pinkie/ring finger) button.
I personally use the latter for graphics work.

**Q: Is the optical sensor closed by glass shield or open through a hole (like Microsoft trackball)?**
A: It appears to be closed behind a shield

UPDATE 3 years later, still using this daily at work. Best mouse I’ve ever had! You get used to the rollerball within a few weeks. Plug and play, I’ve never had any issues with it! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Accurate, Comfortble, Quality-made

I've been using trackballs since the mid 1990s, and this is by far the best quality I've used so far. With other trackballs I've had issues with poor sensors or the ball not sliding properly in its cradle. No problems like that here. Also, the two main buttons are a delight - easy enough to press, but not so easy that a twitch will trigger them - yes, I'm getting old and I twitch. Cleaning the lenses is also easier than I've seen from other manufacturers. The addition of a switch to easily change the speed of the mouse without having to dive into operating system configuration panels is a boon. I would highly recommend this device.
