**Q: Can I use it and program ot for communal electric gates at my flat? I have a fob given to me that’s already programmed but want a spare**
A: Yes I think you can.  First buy the spare fob. Second watch a YouTube video on how to connect the new one to communal electric gates. Not difficult but requires a few operations some of which are time critical. That is press button and when it flashes do the next operation within a matter of a few seconds. 
Watch the videos to see if you think you could manage it.
Good luck - I did mine within a couple of goes.

**Q: Can I have my gates permanently open?
We can open and close the gates with this fob, is there anyway we can have our gates permanently open please?**
A: Yes, but has to be programmed in the gate control box.

**Q: Will this work with nice inti2 black 2 button rolling code transmitter?**
A: Never tried,but I don't think so.

**Q: Hello i had the question on nice transmitter, it does work at same frequenc, will this work?**
A: Hi. I spoke to my head engineer and he has told me it will not work regardless if the frequency is matched. You need a BFT clonix fitted to the NICE automation to have BFT mittos work for it. I can supply you a BFT clonix with 2 remotes if you wish. Sorry it isn’t the answer you wanted to hear.

If you live in a communal area and want to sync your key fob to the gates using another key fob then this is what you want. Make sure the other key fob is also MITTO branded (any version helps). Worked perfectly for me and was very quick to set up, I'm sure it would work with garage doors too. Reasonable price for next day delivery too.
