Review: An easy cure for broken WiFi and Bluetooth - If your WiFi and Bluetooth on your laptop are not working, you may need a new wireless card. This fit my HP Pavilion G7 and was accessed by removing the battery and a single screw. There are two wires clipped on and a set screw which were switched to the new card and the laptop was reassembled. It worked perfectly when restarted. Keep your vents open to allow the free movement of cooling air and don’t rest on soft fabric that will block the vents.
