Review: Very, very good. - I tried and sent back various Bluetooth headsets. I use mine intensively for call centre-based work from home and in an office. This is worth the money (the charging stand is a must if you work from home). The cheap headsets are a case of getting what you pay for. Audio is great, and connectivity is great. Noise cancellation is hit and miss, it couldn't hold up in an environment where other users surrounded me so not perfect, but overall, I fully recommend this headset. It now duals for gaming, and its ideal with mic up/down for muting and also gives double connectivity so can be on my work and gaming pcs at once. Dislikes; the price...but the 2 year warranty more than makes up for it.

**Q: Can you kindly provide the information on how the headset is charged?? and confirm if this is only charged by charging stand? thanks**
A: The headset USB C charging port is on the bottom of the right earcup.  This is where you can place the headset on the charging stand or connect the USB C cable to charge.

**Q: When I am on a call, will I be able to hear myself in the headset too?**
A: Yes and the voice level is adjustable or can be turned off altogether

**Q: Can you use the default Windows 10 drivers without installing extra software?**
A: Hello B Hanwella- Great question! You do not need to download any additional software for your Jabra Evolve2 65. Simply plug your Jabra Link 370 into your computer and turn your Evolve2 65 on. Your Jabra device will automatically configure itself on your computer. We hope this answered your question!

**Q: Do the ear cups extend to accommodate the larger head as with the e 65**
A: I don't know about the e 65, but  the evolve2 65 ear cups can extend telescopically down out of the headband on both sides.

I tried and sent back various Bluetooth headsets. I use mine intensively for call centre-based work from home and in an office. This is worth the money (the charging stand is a must if you work from home). The cheap headsets are a case of getting what you pay for. Audio is great, and connectivity is great. Noise cancellation is hit and miss, it couldn't hold up in an environment where other users surrounded me so not perfect, but overall, I fully recommend this headset. It now duals for gaming, and its ideal with mic up/down for muting and also gives double connectivity so can be on my work and gaming pcs at once. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very good

I wanted a pair of headphones that I could use for both work and personal use. Personal use is mainly podcast, YouTube and scanning music apps for new artists to listen to on my stereo. The sound quality for all of these activities is more than adequate. I bought the teams specific set as i spend my day in and out of teams calls. I also create short training videos and use the mic for the voice recordings. I am surprised at the clarity of the voice recordings. For teams meeting the audio quality for listening is excellent. They are not an all day headset. After around 4 hours I felt the pressure point on the top of my head. My biggest gripe, if you are on an individual call the headset behaves as expected. However, on a team/meeting call at the end the meeting the red active light remains on and you get the mute notice reminder, even though the meeting is over. Clearly a defect with the headset. But overall they are very good. Uodate - i dropped one star as the headset did not recognise the end of a teams meeting. This is now working. I did nothing to fix this. No settings were changed. It just started to behave as expected at the end of a group call. Mystery. So no complaints now other than why did I have that issue in the beginning.
