It's a clever design and well worth the money when you start to compare it to similar products on the market. There were no missing parts and it was relatively easy to install. The color match was perfect and it looks exactly like the metal downspout parts from the local home center so it just blends right in. It works great except I did note some very minor leakage splashing up around the diverter lever during a heavy rain. I had all tools required (socket for the drill, hacksaw, needle nose pliers) but not everyone used to work at THD and collects tools like I do.Works good though, with the switch to divert water to either side.
