Hope this helps. **Q: How sturdy is this bench? Will it wobble a lot when I'm doing dips on the side of it?** A: Not sure, I'm 300 lbs and work out on it daily with 70-90lb dumb bells and it is still as sturdy as the day I assembled it 5 months ago. I have not personally used it for dips but am sure I could **Q: Is it possible to buy replacement foam pads for the leg restraint?** A: I have had my bench for only a few months so my pads are still very firm and new. I'm sure you will be able to find replacement pads on Amazon or directly from Bowflex. **Q: What is the real length of the bench in flat position?** A: 52"...just measured.
