Each phone needs to be put in a Quad Lock case (specific to each phone model), then these cases can slot into the mount. There may be an adaptor you can stick to your phone (then no need for a specific case), but I've never used one & wouldn't know what to search for. **Q: what type of screw do I need? I was putting it on and the screw fell under the floorboards** A: It’s an M4 x 11 stainless hex socket cap screw. These are however not common, but M4 x 10 and M4 x 12 are readily available from Amazon.
