Quickly shipped by the way. I slipped them on and they fit great. I got them because I don't want to worry about finger injuries when I'm sparring. I was a little unsure about the wrist protection but underneath the elastic and velcro strap is a nice thick layer of padding on the topside and a firm feeling sort of spine in there to. I have great movement like with my everlast bag gloves but feel much more secure and protected. I think these are just what I needed. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars best sparring gloves I have tried *by B***S on Reviewed in the United States on March 4, 2013* I messed with the paint covered foam ones from Century for 3 years - wish I would have found these a long time ago. fingers/thumb enclosed so they dont get snagged on Gi's, but the open palm allows you to quickly pull your fingers out to do tedious things like picking up a mouth guard or tieing a gi string etc... They are super comfy. I highly recommend them. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Overall these are decent but not for everyone - definitely not for beginners learning to continuous spar *by R***A on Reviewed in the United States on December 19, 2014* I use these for Kyokushin sparring. They are very soft and flexible compared to other similar sparring gloves (like Century's). They seem to reduce the limitations associated with the stiffer/better protection gloves. I can throw hooks better and faster with these on. They cover the entire hand. The one super plus thing is that there is a little opening in the palm were I can slip my fingers out to adjust other gear or the other glove. A lot of times though I can do this without that and with the glove on, even drink my water without taking the gloves off. Note these will not protect your thumbs too much. Overall decent if this is what you want. They are very light and make it easier to grab, hold, and hook your oppponent than the stuffer full handed gloves. More cushion than the usual open-handed sparring gloves. I noticed my take downs have improved. They also work well for heavy bag punching.
