Where the software show pointed to some video that talked about cleaning the table every day after usage and what to clean on the robot, and whatever other maintenance you should do on the robot, such as lubrication, changing of the wheels, or calibration of the parts of the machine. Ball washing machines and maybe even talk about PP paddles and rubbers a little. 2. I would like to see a link to personal practice ist workouts that you could name, for each person say, Bill, Tom, Mary, Jane, etc., and saved and not erased when you reset the rest of the software to original to recalibrate calibrate the machine. 3. In the software... I find the calibration mode hard to calibrate... 4. In the software... It would be nice to have a list of links to look at different workout practices for us beginners to intermediate players. 5. I would have loved to see the app work on windows computers or tablets. Very good for beginners and semi-professionals. You need a little time to find the correct altitude for the balls going perfect over the net. Then the machine is able to use nearly the complete table. The app for Android and Apple are very well designed and easy to use. The hardware-controller has a lot of functions and all the buttons are sometimes overwhelming. After several hours you will see that's easy to use as well. Delivery was fast and I received the package in good condition. First I was irritated, because they have forgotten the free carrying bag. BUT - GREAT SERVICE. Just one small email to ask what happened. Fast response and directly they send the missing part. Super and high level customer service. Fully satisfied with the product, the service and the quality. One small thing I'm missing personally: the Apple Watch app. Would be great and a big benefit, if I could use my watch instead of the small remote to start and stop the machine. Please keep in mind: I tried differente tables. One problem occurred with 5mm composite melamine tabletops. The machine is working, but a little bit too heavy for long time usage.
