I find I use them when my hands need to be wet or messy, but use a Handfix splint most of the day. In combination, the two are workable. I have a ring size of 8, but fortunately ordered the 8,9,10 combination pack. The 8 is too small, the 9 is ok, and the 10 is the most comfortable and still works. The 10 may be too big, however, as I seem to have lost it -- it may have fallen off at some point without my noticing it.
