A few months ago my upper back started breaking out. It got progressively worse until it started turning into nodular acne. I'd had that on my face when I was 21 (I'm now 38). I tried different washes, soaps and spray medications but it kept getting worse. I found this on Amazon and decided to try it. I've used it twice now and the inflammation is gone, and the acne is going away. Some small bumps left but in three days I'm already amazed. I don't know how it's working but it is. I would highly reccomend this to anyone w any kind of body acne. It's also very soothing and non drying. I follow the directions and use it every other day and my skin just keeps improving every day! It's a miracle.
