## Overview

The System F3 Access Panel is a premium 12" x 12" removable access door designed for tile applications on 5/8" drywall. Featuring a welded aluminum frame with concealed touch latches and a safety reset system, it offers secure, virtually invisible access to plumbing or utilities behind tiled walls. Its flush design allows tile to be applied directly on the door, blending seamlessly into your space while ensuring durability and easy maintenance.

## Description

Our System F3 access door has a removable panel that comprises a welded aluminum frame, concealed touch latches and a 5/8” (15.9 mm) drywall inlay. There is an outer and inner frame assembly of high grade aluminum that is bonded together with a special welding process. After installation, finishing, and tile installation, a small reveal of 1/8” (3 mm) is visible between the outer frame and the access door. Any access door over 12″ (305mm) has a safety-system to prevent accidental openings. This safety system must reset after each use. The rough opening of the hole is the door size + 3/8” (9mm). We designed this access panel for tiling applications. To “tiling the door leaf”: The aluminum profile is flush with the drywall and you place the tiles upon the profile.
