I have issues with my testosterone and estrogen levels so I hoped this might balance them out. This product is a powder supplement, it has a strong woody kind of scent when you open it. I would suggest saving the plastic top that comes inside of the jar it will save you a mess later. I couldn’t find mine for a few days and the powder got all of the lid. This has kind of a funky taste when you mix it in water. I suggest that you use milk or juice. I put some in my green lemonade and it made that taste not so hot. I normally just mix with ½ cup of milk and that works best for me. I try to use the smallest amount of liquid I can so I don’t have to swallow a large glass of supplements and then I chase it down with a full glass of milk or water. I have had this product for a little over a month. It has lasted a long time as I would guess I can still use it for another month with just the ½ teaspoon dose. So I did notice some things some since taking this product that I have to say can only be from the added testosterone. I noticed a change in my libido that can be noted as an increase in activity. I noticed changes in my body in my female parts that my husband noticed as well. I felt increase sensitivity and an increase in female secretions. I have also noticed an increase in my energy.
