Review: Good genetics !! - Second time purchasing, first time had some issues with temperature, threw the bags away and still got Pink oysters growing in the garden, I live on a Caribbean island average temp avg 88 degrees, I have since then upgraded my game, better temperature control and these babies thrive !!
Review: Excellent mycelium - Recieved it quickly, but I left it sitting on the counter and didnt get around to using it until a week later, once injeccted into six spawn jars, it started slow for a week and then grew like crazy rapidly filling up the jar. I used a substrate mix of 5 cups maple wood pellets to 1 cup rolled oats placed in a grow bag and sterilized in an inastant pot, within 2 week the grain spawn fully colonized the bag with pink spots all over and has been cut open to begin fruiting. First flush yielded 2 clusters of mushrooms weighing in at 12.1 oz total. I used the remaining 1.5cc that was left sitting on the counter for about a month to start a new culture in a mixture of 5% honey and water and it fully took over as a new jar of liquid culture good for dozens more spawn jars and the new liquid culture seems to be taking on pretty well in the new spawn jars.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: How much substrate per syringe would be needed to prperly grow these mushrooms? I wanted to inject it into a soil substrate in a terrerium.**
A: There are many factors to consider. First, what type of substrate will you be using? For example, wood ships or straw. Second, what will be the temperature and humidity inside the terrarium? Pink oyster require warmer temperatures to grow properly. Lastly, what is your overall purpose for the mushroom? As a display or to consume. If you want to display this mushroom, you will have to grow the mushroom spawn constantly. Oyster mushroom won't last more than 2 weeks on display; however, you can get into the hobby of growing them and replacing them every so often. The best way to do this is to create your own liquid culture. There are many videos on YouTube that will guide you through this process.

**Q: Do i have to heat the jars before innoculation or out the box just in oculars as is and let sit few weeks? I'm kind of confused as to when do I or if**
A: I didn't inject into a jar. I injected into a self contained "grow bag" that has an injection port. I started seeing results after about 10 days-2 weeks.
