After installation determined (by outside electricians) thermostat may have been defective. Contacted seller who promptly offered refund and return instructions. Received new thermostat and all is good. Would purchase through this seller again without hesitation. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Getting it exactly right! *by J***W on March 31, 2018* My HVAC guy told me to get this to run a 'hot room' bypass in my living room (full-sun facing). And it's doing exactly what it's supposed to be doing. Triggers the fan when the temperature gets +2'C over target at the ceiling (23'C), and shuts off when that temperature is equalized to the rest of the house (21'C). Had to splice into the temperature sensor cable to lengthen it, and that went without a hitch.
