But I LOOOOVE cruising. Luckily I recently found out about these cause I never felt that meclizine is effective. We just got off of a cruise this week. Our room was very close to the bow. If you know, you know that this location can exacerbate the motion. So much so that even my husband commented on it. We also had two tender ports. But not once did the motion get the best of me. It works great! They last 3 days but the adhesive would only last 2ish days. But rubbing it back on there can help it restick, and maybe a bit of a blow dry to heat it up. Only wear one at a time (each packet comes with two) to avoid bad side effects. I had headaches and I think it's correlated to the patches because when we got off the ship, I took it off and my headache followed suit.
