It arrived so I go to pull the dash apart, remove the old control switch only to find out that the vacuum harness is about a foot too short and there is no way for the new switch to work other than to use the old vacuum harness. This kind of defeats the purpose if you have a possible leak in the old harness or the seals have shrunk. Back to the drawing board.
