Review: Great book for adopted children! - I bought this for our 5 year old adopted daughter. She has blonde hair and blue eyes, while my husband and I have brown hair and brown eyes. We get comments often, and I know it bothers her. This book is so perfect for getting the sweet message across that you don’t have to look like your mom in order for your mom to be your mother, and for her to love and care for you. At the end Choco found his forever mama and she has a bunch of kids that are all different types of animals. My daughter loves for me to read this to her, and she always smiles and hugs me at the end of it, every single time. This book shows the beauty of a mixed family. We have 2 bio, and 2 adopted children, and this book has become a staple in our home.

I bought this for our 5 year old adopted daughter. She has blonde hair and blue eyes, while my husband and I have brown hair and brown eyes. We get comments often, and I know it bothers her. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect book with a great message

I bought “A Mother for Choco” board book for my three year old. Since my three year old has been reading his big brother’s paper back copy I wanted him to have his own copy to preserve the older paper back. The board book just arrived today and we have read it four times already. I love the perfect size and brilliant colors. I have pictures of the board book with the original paper back as well as the board book in my toddler’s hands. As you can see the well thought out size. Would highly recommend this book to anyone. My three year old doesn’t use much speech to communicate but one thing he does ask for is “mother for Choco!!” At bed-time.
