I put a little in my coffee and it's excellent in cookies. I often make a version of caramel popcorn where I melt butter, add dark brown sugar, and a spoon of blackstrap molasses, let it boil a bit and pour it over freshly popped microwave popcorn in large bowl or dutch oven. Stir it up carefully, it's hot. Let it cool down, and then it's mega good. Reminds me a bit of a childhood favorite "Cracker Jack" without the peanuts.
