This Elite strap does transform the Quest 2 into a more comfortable device and allows you to balance the weight a bit better. The headset itself is still heavy due to the battery etc. but this strap does help to negate that. The adjustment wheel on the back makes it much easier to adjust and less fiddly than the basic strap. It is perhaps a little expensive for what you actually get but it does improve the comfort significantly for me.
