Using it is as simple as placing the unit on the red seal and pushing the button. In a few seconds, all the air is sucked out of the food and the bag is securely sealed. It's portable and I don't have to take out a large sealer machine each time. I ordered a bunch of vacuum seal bags from Syntus Vacuum Sealer Bags and it worked great. The suction is still working on the bag. I also got a hard zippered case for this to protect from scratches. I'm really surprised how much suction this could produce.
