The two corner pegs that are connected to the silvery bits are the poles of two separate capacitors, which can be adjusted individually with the screws in the center of those silvery bits. I had to adjust the capacitance value until I got the correct amount which took about 20 minutes. 2. to use them on a breadboard, I had to solder a longer wire onto each pin. Good luck..
