Known issue with the Maschine freezing at start up screen. Tried the remedy that NI provided by uploading a reboot zip to the original SD card without any luck. NI rep also stated that due to the recent sale there is a backlog of help requests so it may take an unusual amount of time to receive support. Buyer beware. When it worked it was great but this has put me in a serious bind for upcoming performances that relied heavily on this product as the centerpiece to control several synths. All of my work that I have put in is now useless outside of the NI ecosystem. Also consider the financial loss of not just the initial product price but the purchase of several of the expansion kits afterwards that I will never use again without the functionality of the Maschine+.
