Backup: I have a 12V-2A router, and it consistently lasts around 3 hours, which is plenty for most outages. Safety: The deep discharge and surge protection give me peace of mind that my expensive router won't get fried. Pro-tip: Make sure your router is 12V before buying. It won't work for 9V models!

It was working perfectly fine until one day when it wasn't giving any backup. Since mine was in warranty i got a new replacement as well in 72 hours.
